The awards recognize KPA Flex customers who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and commitment to workplace safety excellence across industries, from manufacturing, oil and gas, to construction, utilities, and transportation.
These awards celebrate organizations that are setting new standards in environment, health, and safety management while maximizing the impact of their EHS technology investments. Winners will be selected across six award categories designed to honor various aspects of safety excellence and software utilization.

Flex Award Categories Recognize Diverse EHS Achievements
The awards feature six distinct categories:
- Training Excellence Award – recognizing outstanding EHS training and development programs
- Safety Culture Champion Award – honoring exceptional commitment to workplace safety culture
- EHS Excellence Award – celebrating comprehensive environmental, health, and safety performance
- EHS Innovator Award – acknowledging creative approaches to EHS challenges
- Flex Rookie of the Year Award – highlighting exceptional software adoption and engagement by first-year users
- Platform Mastery Award – recognizing comprehensive utilization of KPA Flex modules and capabilities
Nominations are now open to all current KPA Flex customers, with submissions accepted through August 30, 2025. Organizations can apply for multiple award categories using KPA’s easy, streamlined nomination process.
Awards Ceremony Highlights Connect Live 2025
Winners will be announced during a special awards luncheon at Connect Live 2025, KPA’s user conference. This premier EHS industry event brings together safety professionals, compliance experts, and technology leaders for keynote presentations, educational sessions, networking opportunities, and hands-on training designed to enhance EHS programs and software utilization.
