This addendum was designed to establish requirements for employers to control, prevent, and mitigate the spread of COVID-19 to and among employees and employers.
This applies to every employer, employee, and place of employment in Minnesota within the jurisdiction of the MNOSHA program as described in Executive Orders 20-74 and 20-81.
