Wayne Curtis
Wayne Curtis is a highly experienced compliance and risk management executive with more than two decades of expertise spanning Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Human Resources, Cybersecurity, and Finance & Insurance (F&I) compliance services. As CEO at KPA, Wayne oversees a nationwide team of over 200 professionals in field consulting and client success operations, helping organizations achieve regulatory compliance, optimize processes, and implement effective training programs. Wayne’s team delivers exceptional scale and impact, completing over 30,000 site visits annually, providing training for over one million participants, and supporting clients through hundreds of complex regulatory events each year.
Wayne has played a pivotal role in KPA’s growth, driving product and service expansion and strengthening relationships with the company’s largest clients. Before joining KPA, Wayne worked for Georgia Transmission Corporation, where he led environmental routing, GIS, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) initiatives. Wayne earned a master’s degree in Environmental Economics from the University of Georgia, is Six Sigma certified, and has been an active Vistage member for over a decade.
