Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace (FMCSA-Compliant) Training

Duration: (130 min)

This training for CMV managers and drivers covers the relevant sections of the FMCSA regulations for the use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace. Includes relevant sections of the regulations, signs and symptoms of drug and alcohol use, and the process of making a reasonable suspicion determination for drug or alcohol testing. This training satisfies FMCSA requirements for employees in a supervisory role to receive at least 120 minutes of training on drug and alcohol use (49 CFR §382.603).
