This training includes information on the characteristics of electricity including voltage, current, and resistance, as well as how risk can be controlled using knowledge of insulators, conductors, and grounding. Common electrical hazards in the workplace, electrical injuries, implementing emergency response procedures, and OSHA’s and NFPA’s roles in electrical safety are also discussed.
