This HRCI approved training immerses managers in the experience of conducting an effective harassment investigation. Managers will learn how to handle complaints, interview witnesses, and take corrective action, while putting their skills and knowledge into practice. This training should be used in conjunction with the Anti-Harassment Training course for a foundational understanding of harassment in the workplace.
