Deidra works with leadership to drive teams towards efficiency and productivity through transparent communication. Prior to joining KPA Deidra came from the telecommunication industry, working within a rapid growth environment. She has 10 years of experience in the human resources world. Deidra has her bachelor’s degree in Communication with a focus in organizational communication from the University of Cincinnati. Deidra holds her Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional credentials.
