KPA and MJ Insurance Expand Partnership with KPA EHS Software

Westminster, CO / Carmel, IN – July 31, 2023 – MJ Insurance and Risk Management and KPA are pleased to announce an expanded partnership to offer their insureds access to KPA EHS software in addition to the Risk Management Center. For over 10 years, MJ Insurance has worked with KPA to provide clients with Risk Management Center as a value-added resource to help them better manage their risk and compliance. Now, MJ Insurance is partnering with KPA to cater to clients with greater programmatic requirements by directly introducing KPA’s versatile and robust safety software, KPA EHS.

“With KPA EHS software, MJ Insurance has a new resource to demonstrate value to their clients, giving them access to software that helps them better manage workforce compliance in a completely configurable way,” said Rob Stansbury, Director of EHS Insurance Services. “We are excited to work with MJ to help businesses manage their risk and environment, health, and safety needs.”

Effective August 1, 2023, MJ Insurance and KPA will offer KPA EHS Software to insureds who need an all-in-one, configurable safety software to manage their more complex safety program needs. While clients will continue to have access to reporting, award-winning compliance training, incident management, and many other features with Risk Management Center, KPA EHS software provides additional flexibility for Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs that require tailored forms and forms management, configurable workflows as well as a mobile environment. This enhanced platform will allow organizations to further automate their safety efforts to include an industry-specific learning management system, compliance features, and greater employee access with the mobile application. This will allow the workforce to become more engaged in the organization’s safety culture while also providing better administrative functionality for those responsible for managing the safety programs.

“The ability to refer KPA EHS allows us to meet our clients’ needs beyond the Risk Management Center, giving them access to an EHS solution with a company we already know and trust,” stated Mike Janicki, Vice President, Risk Services. “Between the KPA EHS software and the Risk Management Center, MJ Insurance and Risk Management has the ability to offer our clients industry-leading solutions to meet their organizational needs and further optimize their risk profile.”

As part of the foundation of KPA’s partnership with MJ Insurance, the Risk Management Center (RMC) is a comprehensive tool that can help clients manage risk and mitigate claims, losses, and associated costs whether they’re focused on property, casualty, or employee benefits. It also provides risk management consulting firms, like MJ Insurance, with tools and reports to use with clients that demonstrate usage statistics and insights during the policy period.
