It’s Not too Late! Safeguards Rule Taking Effect December 9

KPA’s Senior Manager of Legal Affairs, Robert Ebin, Esq., spoke to Automotive News’ Editor Dan Shine about the looming December 9 deadline to comply with the updated Safeguards Rule.

In the Daily Drive podcast episode, Ebin assures dealers that dealers aren’t too late to get started on the requirements, starting first with identifying the person who will serve as the qualified individual overseeing the dealership’s information security program. He also talks about what dealerships can expect in the coming year from regulatory agencies.
