The new feature gives users the ability to track and manage all their equipment, licenses, and permits in one place so that a renewal date is never missed.

With Licenses & Permits, a renewal date never has to come into question. Users can schedule notification emails to alert them when a renewal date is coming in 30 days, 90 days, or once the date has passed.

“For a successful safety and compliance program, it’s critical to ensure that items like fire alarm testing reports, automotive lifts inspections, dealer licenses, and seller permits never expire and are renewed on time,” said Belinda Sexton, Product Manager for Vera Suite. “Licenses & Permits provides a simple solution where users can store and manage their items in one accessible location.”

With this feature, new items can be added to the system by facility location, item details, status, and include attachments for more details. “With Licenses & Permits, users can stay on top of renewal dates well ahead of time and quickly provide required compliance reports whenever they’re needed,” commented Sexton.
