KPA & Higginbotham Partner to Offer Insureds Access to KPA EHS Software

Westminster, Colo. /  Fort Worth, Tex. – August 14, 2023 – Today, Higginbotham Insurance, a leading insurance provider, and KPA, a leading provider of Environment, Health, and Safety software solutions, are announcing a new partnership to offer insureds access to KPA EHS software as well as the Risk Management Center. Together, Higginbotham and KPA will better cater to insureds with greater program needs, directly introducing the configurable and robust KPA EHS software.

Starting in 2023, Higginbotham and KPA are offering KPA EHS Software to insureds who need an all-in-one, configurable safety software to manage their more robust safety program needs. KPA EHS software provides additional flexibility for Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs that require tailored forms and forms management, configurable workflows, and a mobile app, in addition to reporting, award-winning compliance training, incident management, and many other features that insureds already have access to with Risk Management Center.

“With KPA EHS software, we can provide Higginbotham with new ways to prove their value to clients, giving them access to software that helps them manage workforce compliance in a completely configurable way,” said Rob Stansbury, Director of EHS Insurance Services. “We are excited to work with Higginbotham to help businesses of all sizes and industries manage their risk and environment, health, and safety needs more effectively.”

For the last 10 years, Higginbotham has worked with KPA to provide clients with Risk Management Center as a value-added resource to help them better manage their risk and compliance.

“The ability to refer KPA EHS allows us to meet our clients’ needs beyond the Risk Management Center, giving them access to an EHS solution with a company we already know and trust,” stated Vance Lee, Managing Director, Risk Management. “Between KPA EHS software and the Risk Management Center, Higginbotham has the ability to offer an option to offer our insureds the best possible solutions for their business needs.”

While KPA EHS software is a new powerful offering for Higginbotham clients, KPA’s Risk Management Center (RMC) is a comprehensive software that meets most insureds needs to manage risk, mitigate claims and losses, reduce risk of injury, and reduce associated costs. A cloud-based platform. RMC provides:

  • Compliance training courses and safety training videos
  • A place to house and distribute vital safety information across an organization
  • A centralized hub for safety-related program materials
  • Compliance tracking for a variety of safety-related tasks like OSHA 300 logs, incident investigations, and job hazard analyses
  • Organizational efficiency that helps improve program consistency
  • The ability to track and streamline Certificates of Insurance (COI) management for vendors and contractors
