It’s a new year – and with it brings a new to-do list of tasks designed to keep you out of OSHA’s crosshairs. The start of the year means that your first OSHA reporting deadline’s a month away. Luckily, and it’s a topic we’ve covered in some depth. So, we’ve collected our resources together for you in the OSHA Reporting Resource Hub.

It’s chock full of articles and checklists, as well as your key dates for this year.

As a reminder, here are the biggies to circle in your calendar:

2022 OSHA Reporting Deadlines

Establishments with 250 or more employees in industries covered by the recordkeeping regulation must keep these two dates in mind:

Form 300A must be posted in a visible area of the workplace from

February 1, 2022

through April 30th of the year following the year in which the incidents were recorded.
This year that means your form should contain case information for 2021.

Establishments must submit information from their 2021 Form 300A by:

March 2, 2022

In a high-risk industry? Establishments with 20-249 employees need to submit your information by these dates, as well.

What’s an OSHA 300 Form? What’s a reportable incident? What’s a high risk industry? We’re glad you asked, because we’ve got answers! Find them here:

And, here’s to starting a safe and happy new year!
