In an interview with RV News, KPA’s F&I District Manager, Aaron Hartshorn, spoke about the significance that the FTC’s Proposed Motor Vehicle Dealers Trade Regulation Rule will have on the industry.
Although the FTC is currently reviewing comments, if the initially proposed rule is adopted it will impact every dealer. Hartshorn talks about the similarities between California’s disclosure process and what the FTC’s proposed requirements might entail.
