Marty Smith

Marty leads the KPA operations team that includes client success, field consulting, software implementation and support services. Marty’s organization provides comprehensive compliance audit services with all of the online, onsite, and on-call resources needed to identify, track, resolve, and report on issues. Prior to joining KPA in January 2019, Marty was VP Customer Success at Frontsteps, a property management software company. Previously, he was Global Director of Support & Operations at GE Power and has held senior positions at ABB, Xcel Energy and IBM Global Services. Marty holds a BS in Computer Science at Westminster College and an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver.
