Mark Oldemeyer
Mark Oldemeyer serves as the Chief Financial Officer for KPA and has over 25 years of experience driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and value creation across software and technology-based entities.
Prior to joining KPA, Mark held CFO positions for multiple private equity-backed companies, including SurePrep, Centrify Corporation, and PowerSchool, where he led organizations through periods of significant growth, business model transformation, and acquisition activity. Previous roles included senior finance positions with SumTotal Systems, Mentor Graphics, Computer Associates, and Dell Technologies. Mark began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte & Touche, advising clients across financial services and investment banking sectors.
Mr. Oldemeyer earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis. Mark also served on the Board of Directors of Pathways to Employment, a nonprofit organization helping empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
