Lafayette, Colo. – October 7, 2020 – KPA is strengthening its compliance training by expanding access to courses on the KPA mobile application, as well as partnering with a U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) certified training provider, AdvanceOnline, to offer 10-hour and 30-hour safety certification that can be tracked in Vera Suite. Improving KPA’s compliance training access and offerings will help ensure businesses are doing everything they can to create a safe work environment.

EHS Mobile Compliance Training to Increase Efficiency

Mobile-enabled training dramatically simplifies workforce education on tasks, policies, laws, regulations, and other relevant topics to an employee’s particular job function. This new functionality in KPA’s app gives users access to their environment, health and safety (EHS), HR, and Sales F&I courses in Vera Suite. It reduces the time, materials, and equipment (like kiosks or training rooms full of computers) that workers need to complete required training.

The EHS mobile app already provides users with the ability to record and track incidents, conduct inspections, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. It can be used anywhere from an iPhone, iPad, or Android mobile device.

Vera Suite Now Offers OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour Training Certifications

KPA is also announcing a partnership with OSHA-certified training provider, AdvanceOnline, to provide access and recordkeeping for Vera Suite users participating in the OSHA Outreach Training Program. The OSHA 10-hour general industry, OSHA 10 and 30-hour construction courses provide basic and advanced safety training about common environment, health and safety hazards.

“With this update, Vera Suite will help managers provide seamless access to the OSHA Outreach Training Program and document which employees have completed the program,” commented Carlson.

Vera EHS users will be able to launch the 10-hour General or 10-hour or 30-hour Construction Courses from the KPA platform. Then they will be passed through to the AdvanceOnline training portal.

Through Vera Suite, employers meet federal, state, and local requirements with interactive courses that help employees improve their job performance and a business’s overall compliance.
