The dashboard is designed to provide dealerships with increased visibility into their Enviromental, Health, and Safety (EHS), Human Resources (HR), and Advertising, Sales, and Finance (ASF) programs, making it easier to manage and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements across all locations and compliance areas. 

The Vera Suite dashboard features a more cohesive design that creates a consistent experience for users. For dealerships with multiple locations, administrators will be able to see an overview across all areas of compliance and by location. They can drill down into each location’s training course completion, incomplete inspections, open incidents, and more, for each area of compliance. For example, training completions are displayed to easily show which topics are incomplete and level of completion. For those organizations with Vera HR, administrators can share important bulletins with everyone directly from the dashboard.

With better high-level views that can drill down into the details of outstanding items, we have made significant progress to making management easier for dealers,” said Product Manager, Belinda Sexton. 

The dashboard dynamically updates with priority information that shows all users their current state of compliance with a completion score, news, My Tasks, and more. Tasks have been grouped and prioritized based on whether they are related to an EHS, HR, and ASF program. The My Tasks section is prominently displayed and ensures that all users never forget about a scheduled activity.  

The dashboard is now available to all Vera Suite customers.
