This training starts with an overview of manager responsibilities, then defines inappropriate behavior and unlawful harassment in the workplace. It provides strategies on how to recognize, prevent, and appropriately report harassment and abusive workplace conduct. Finally, managers will go through harassment prevention practice scenarios. This training meets the 2-hour requirement for Connecticut managers and is consistent with SB3.
