KPA Releases New Enhancement to EHS Software Vera Suite

Westminster, Colo. – June 2, 2023 – KPA, a leading provider of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and HR Management software and solutions, has released a new enhancement to its EHS software Vera Suite. The new Task Management capabilities will help dealerships and service centers manage any safety or compliance items they need to complete.

With this new enhancement, dealers and service centers can now easily track and manage open tasks like training courses, issues, inspections, and incident-related tasks, all in one place. The Task Management feature automatically creates tasks for individuals or safety admins at a location and users can set automated notifications when a new task is added to ensure that tasks are completed on time.

“Managing open tasks and action items is critical to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace,” said Belinda Sexton, Product Manager for Vera Suite. “Our new Task Management capabilities make it easy for managers and employees to stay on top of their safety-related responsibilities and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.”

The Vera Suite platform is designed to help dealerships manage their compliance programs, streamline operations, manage their risk, and mitigate costs. The Vera EHS software includes modules for incident management, safety training, audits and inspections, SDS management, and more, all in a mobile app. In addition to Vera Suite, KPA also provides compliance consulting services to dealerships to help identify and resolve issues as well as award-winning compliance training.
