Time’s Up! Dealers Need to Comply As Safeguards Rule Takes Effect

Wards Auto interviewed KPA’s Senior Manager of Legal Affairs, Robert Ebin, Esq., about the new set of Safeguards Rule requirements that take effect today, June 9. The extra time was welcome for some dealerships working through their compliance initiatives while for others.
