As we begin 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together and to share our vision for the year ahead. At KPA, our mission remains clear and unwavering – keep people safe and businesses compliant. This is the driving force behind everything we do.
KPA CEO, Chris Fanning
Listening to Our Community
Throughout 2024, I had the privilege of meeting with many of our clients, partners, and team members across the country. These conversations have been invaluable in understanding what matters most to our community.
What I heard was loud and clear:
- Safety should be straightforward to implement and sustain
- Software solutions must be flexible enough to adapt to unique business needs
- Technology should enable and enhance – not complicate – the human element of safety
- Effective safety and compliance programs are about keeping people engaged, trained and mindful in their everyday actions
Building on Our Commitments
I’m proud to say that in 2024, we responded to these needs with meaningful actions and investments in our people, our products, and most importantly, our customers.
We delivered many improvements and expanded functionality to our product portfolio, including the introduction of our Flex Contractor Management solution, significant new functionality to our Flex EHS platform, and the launch of our Complete Compliance for Automotive Dealers initiative with our Vera Suite solution as the centerpiece. We also expanded our employee field expert network across the country who conduct recurring onsite audits and inspections, and develop tailored solutions to improve our customers’ employee safety and reduce injury-related expense.
A few 2024 performance data we’re particularly proud of:
5.5 million training courses completed
13 million inspections completed through our interactive tools
25,000 onsite OSHA & EPA-based audits conducted by our consulting team
75,000 deal jackets audited by our Advertising Sales and Finance consultants
Countless workplace incidents prevented through proactive safety measures which, in turn, kept customer employees safe to return to their families at the end of the workday, and helped avoid substantial downtime and workmen comp claims for our clients.
Looking Ahead: Innovation with Purpose
As we begin 2025, we are working to accelerate our commitment to product and service excellence. Our product roadmap is focused on making safety and compliance even more accessible and effective through:
– Enhanced mobile capabilities for real-time safety management, already a core strength of KPA’s
- Expanded use of data and analytics to help businesses identify potential risks to enable proactive action before potential issues become incidents
- Streamlined integration capabilities to ensure our solutions work seamlessly with existing client business systems
- Superior Client Success practices to ensure all our clients receive the most effective and rapid assistance with their needs
We’re also excited to announce our inaugural User Conference, which will be held later this year. This conference will provide a platform for our community to share best practices, learn from industry experts, and shape the future of workplace safety together.
Our Commitment to You
At KPA, we understand that behind every safety statistic is a person – someone’s parent, child, friend, or colleague. It’s this human element that drives our mission to make workplaces safer and businesses compliant.
As we begin 2025, we remain committed to being your trusted partner in safety and compliance. We’ll continue to innovate, adapt, and grow, and always keeping our core purpose in focus.
Thank you for your continued trust in KPA. Together, we’re not just meeting safety best practices – we’re often times creating them.
Best regards,
Chris Fanning
