Fourth Time KPA Named to Top Training Companies List

Lafayette, Colo. – November 17, 2020 – KPA has been named one of the Top 20 Health and Safety/Compliance Training Companies in 2020, as compiled by Training Industry, Inc. This year makes the fourth consecutive time that KPA has been recognized on this list. The award is one of several recent honors distinguishing KPA’s industry-leading environment, health, and safety (EHS) and workforce compliance training services.

Training Industry, the leading corporate learning research and information resource, prepares the Top 20 report each year to determine “the best and most innovative providers of training services and technologies.” In 2020, companies named to the list were judged on the following criteria:

  • Breadth and diversity of health and safety/compliance training offerings
  • Ability to deliver training in preferred modalities
  • Company size and growth potential
  • Quality of clients
  • Geographic reach

“The 2020 Top 20 Health and Safety/Compliance Training Companies list represents leading companies in the market offering interactive and engaging content that ensure employees’ health and safety and compliance of organizations,” said Ken Taylor, president of Training Industry. “These providers have stayed on top of the changing business environment by offering new and refreshed content to address diversity in the workplace and provide resources during the coronavirus pandemic.”

This recognition is one in a series that consistently acknowledges KPA’s training leadership. Training Industry included KPA on a similar list in 2019 and, earlier this year, named KPA a Top 20™ Online Learning Library—for the third year in a row.

A Leader in EHS Compliance Training—Before and During the COVID-19 Crisis

KPA provides a combination of online training and on-site training delivered by over 125 certified EHS, F&I, and HR safety consultants. KPA’s courses are interactive, built for learner engagement, and supported by a combination of powerful software and on-call expert consulting.

Chris Fanning, KPA President and Chief Executive Officer, remarked that KPA has been well-equipped to meet the challenges 2020 has presented, from heightened health and safety concerns to remote workforce management.

“It has never been more important for employers to have access to high-quality online workforce training,” he said. “And for those organizations with in-person operations, trustworthy and timely training can save lives and reduce risk. At KPA, we take pride that so many of our clients incorporate KPA’s rich, comprehensive library of compliance training into their business operations. Our large course portfolio of very relevant core safety and compliance topics, as well as industry-specific modules, differentiates us in the marketplace.”

In addition to its training courses and services, KPA has also developed several new, COVID-19-specific health and safety solutions that have been well received by its customers. The solutions range from an online toolset of EHS fundamentals to personalized COVID-19 safety consulting to KPA’s Coronavirus Resource Center—where employers can access on-demand presentations, free training courses, and more.

Over 11,000 organizations, including automotive dealerships, insurance brokers, warehouses and distribution centers, food and beverage companies, and manufacturers count on KPA for their risk management solutions.
