KPA CEO Discusses Dealer Trust Survey with Automotive News

In an interview with Automotive News, KPA’s President and CEO Chris Fanning spoke about the results of a recent KPA survey that looked at the perception and reality of dealership advertising, sales, and financing. Although most people don’t experience deceptive sales practices when buying or leasing a vehicle, Fanning commented on how people naturally focus on negative comments and that by building a strong culture of trust and transparency, dealers can bridge the gap between perception and reality.
