KPA Headquarters Moves to a New Location in Westminster, CO

Westminster, Colo. – September 19, 2022 – Last week, KPA opened its new headquarters office in Westminster. Balancing the benefits of remote work and working together in person, the office is intended to support collaboration, cross-departmental communication, and team building and bonding.

The new space, conveniently located between Denver and Boulder, has been specifically designed to fit KPA’s current remote-first workspace model. The new 16,000 sq. ft. space is intended for the use of both in-person and virtual meetings. Forgoing standard assignment of dedicated desks for most employees, hoteling software will be utilized, allowing for the coordination of workstation assignments and conference room reservations. The space will be used by departments including HR, IT, Consulting, Finance, Sales, Product, Development, Support, and Client Success.

“The recent transition to work-from-home, particularly from the impact of the pandemic, allowed us at KPA to evaluate our business needs alongside what our employees are looking for,” said Chris Fanning, KPA President and CEO. “Our planning team had ideas in mind; then we surveyed employees to really understand their preferred working style and their needs around productivity and communication. Our hope is that this new space promotes interaction and provides employees with the tools and setting they need for communication, collaboration, and productivity.”

The layout of the new Westminster headquarters has also been designed to include more open space, to foster collaboration and encourage social interaction, as well as more cross-departmental communication and planning. It will also feature a host of modern amenities for staff members, including an on-campus café, fitness center, and communal exterior park.

KPA has been headquartered in Colorado for over 15 years. In addition to its presence in Colorado, KPA has large regional offices throughout the United States including Portland, Ore., Norman, Okla., and Pittsburgh, Penn. Additionally, KPA’s safety and compliance consultants can be found in over 20 states traveling to their clients across the country.
