Deidra Mogan
Deidra Mogan, SHRM CP, is the VP of Human Resources at KPA, focused on driving strategic growth while optimizing results through empowering employees in the business environment.
Deidra’s employee-focused approach has driven her and her team to enrich KPA’s employee benefits package by adding programs such as paid parental leave, improved PTO, employee recognition, and enhanced medical, dental, and vision benefits. Deidra works with leadership to drive teams towards efficiency and productivity through transparent communication. Her vision for KPA is a culture where employees have the room to grow themselves and their careers as KPA expands in the industry.
Prior to joining KPA, Deidra came from the telecommunications industry, working within a rapid-growth environment. She has 10 years of experience in human resources. Deidra has her bachelor’s degree in Communication with a focus in organizational communication from the University of Cincinnati. Deidra holds her Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional credentials.
