GMP: Facility Design for Compliance Training

One of three trainings on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This course focuses on the role of facility design in a GMP program and is intended for program administrators and supervisors. The course provides specific information and tools to improve the design and hygiene practices in and around food facilities. The material in this training is discussed in Subpart B of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 110 (21 CFR 110).
