Our Angry Resident – Causes and Creative Approaches to Care Training

Supporting residents who are angry at their peers, family or staff requires patience and understanding. Staff must also be careful to identify the causes or antecedents of the resident’s anger, in order to address the situation as well as to prevent, if possible, its reoccurrence. Length: 60 minutes 1 CEU. Approval codes will be available on the course certificate upon completion of the course.
