Flexible Workplace
KPA has implemented a hybrid ‘On-Demand’ model for remote work. Most positions will work primarily remotely with the occasional in-office meeting where attendance is expected (this will vary by team). The office will of course be open for team members seeking the opportunity to return to the office, those facing challenges working from home, and for face-to-face meetings.
