Drugs in the Workplace (FMCSA-Compliant) Training

This training for CMV managers and drivers covers the relevant sections of the FMCSA regulations for the use of drugs in the workplace. Topics discussed include information on the five classes of prohibited drugs, signs and symptoms of drug use, the process of making a reasonable suspicion determination, and testing procedures. This training satisfies FMCSA requirements for employees in a supervisory role to receive at least 60 minutes of training on drug use (49 CFR §382.603).
