Michael Bruns is a finance and operating executive with over 25 years of experience building, funding, and advising software companies from start-up through IPO or sale. He is currently CFO of KPA, where he is responsible for providing financial and operational leadership to move KPA through its next phase of growth.
Michael has held several CFO and COO positions, including project44, Uptake, Centro, and ClearTrial (acquired by Oracle). Previously, he served as a senior technology M&A advisor and investment banker at Jefferies Broadview in Silicon Valley and Baird in Chicago.
Michael earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.
