This training discusses the Privacy Rule of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. It addresses under what circumstance Privacy Notices need to be issued, the timing requirements as well as how to build a Privacy Notice specific to a dealership. The training also goes over the Disposal Rule and some methods of properly disposing of personal information.
